Overview
The Payment History tab provides a comprehensive audit trail of all transactions associated with a specific client. This record begins automatically from the very first payment processed within that Payer’s record.
Locating Payment History
Open the desired Payer record.
Navigate to the Payment History tab, located on the far right side of the sub-navigation menu.
Managing the View
To find specific data points, use the following built-in filters:
Search Box: Quickly find a specific transaction by typing in a payment ID or reference.
Date Range: Enter "From" and "To" dates to view all payments processed within a specific time frame.
Show All Payment History: Click this button on the right to clear all active filters and display every payment ever tied to that payer.
