If you are having trouble setting a new password for your account, please ensure that your chosen password meets all of the security criteria listed below.

Security Criteria

To keep your account secure, your password must contain:

  • Length: 7+ Characters

  • Lowercase: 1+ lowercase letter (a-z)

  • Uppercase: 1+ UPPERCASE LETTER (A-Z)

  • Special Characters: 1+ Symbol (e.g., !, %, #, @, $)

Troubleshooting Tips

  • Hidden Spaces: Ensure you haven't accidentally included a space at the beginning or end of your password.

  • Caps Lock: Double-check that your Caps Lock key is not active while typing lowercase letters.

  • Consistency: Make sure the "New Password" and "Confirm Password" fields match exactly.
