star*collect Integration Instructions

The interface between LawPay Link and star*collect requires star*collect Build_113 or higher. In order to complete the integration to LawPay Link you will need to provide an Account Key and an Account PIN to the star*collect support staff. This information can be found in your LawPay Link portal.  You must have admin privileges to access Settings.

  1. Log into LawPay Link
  2. Go to Settings  General
  3. Go to the API Integration Information section in the middle of the page
  4. Locate the Integration Point Name star*collect
  5. Key = Account Key
  6. Pin = Account PIN

All new LawPay Link accounts have default features and functionality enabled, however, the system is very customizable. There may be optional features that are not enabled. If you are interested in anything discussed in Help Center articles that does not appear in your portal today or if there are any modules you would like to remove, contact our Support Team to request the change. Please note that portal customization requests can only be made by Admin users.
