Overview
Integrating the SurePoint Legal Management System (LMS) with LawPay Link requires a few specific credentials and a quick adjustment to your security profiles.
Admin Access Required: You must have Administrator privileges in LawPay Link to access the API settings, and appropriate permissions in SurePoint LMS to modify security profiles.
🔑 Phase 1: Retrieve Your Credentials
First, you need to locate your unique Account Key and PIN within your LawPay Link portal.
Log into LawPay Link.
Navigate to Settings > General.
Scroll to the API Integration Information section in the middle of the page.
Locate the Integration Point Name: SurePoint.
Copy the following:
Key (This is your Account Key)
Pin (This is your Account PIN)
Note: We highly recommend copying and pasting these values directly to ensure accuracy.
🛡️ Phase 2: Grant Access in SurePoint LMS
Once you have your keys, you must enable credit card processing permissions for the relevant user profiles.
Open LMSV Security Profiles.
Select the desired profile from the dropdown box.
Click on the Access Rights tab.
Locate Credit Card Processing under the LMS+ section.
Set the dropdown box to Yes.
Repeat these steps for every profile that requires payment processing capabilities.
